About Jarad
Jarad began working with The Dickinson Law Offices as a law clerk when it was formed in 2008, and continued after he became a Texas licensed attorney in 2011 after graduating from South Texas College of Law earlier that year. Although Jarad’s practice is primarily focused on transactional work and planning to keep our clients out of court, he has also been admitted to the US Courts for the Southern District of Texas.
With the Dickinson Law Offices Jarad seeks to provide counsel and legal answers from the beginning of the business, through maturity, and finally to its transition or sale. He primarily focuses on business planning and formation, contract review, and estate planning for small businesses and their owners.
Fun Facts
He is an active Toastmaster, a public speaking program that helps build communication and leadership skills, and being the leader of his local chapter in West Houston. Prior to his legal career, Jarad has also been an English as a Second Language instructor in Japan and was promoted to school manager/supervisor, a construction supervisor, a construction contractor, and done every kind of job in a restaurant.
